Each year BC Netball hosts the Provincial Invitational Tournament for high school netball teams. Traditionally this tournament is held the first weekend in May, somewhere in the Lower Mainland. It is open to any school team within the province.
After the provincial championships at the beginning of May, there is a Lower Mainland Netball League for any schools that are interested. The league is closed with a Lower Mainland Championships at the beginning of June. Schools can apply to host this tournament.
