In the past these have been held in Burnaby for all elementary schools that may be interested. It is an afternoon of Netball for intermediate grades – both boys and girls. There are 4 divisions (Grade 6/7 Boys, Grade 6/7 Girls, Grade 4/5 Boys, Grade 4/5 Girls). The next one will be held in late May or early June 2006.
For help coaching a netball team at your elementary school, we are also piloting a new program this year in Burnaby. We will set your school up with a couple of nearby high school netball players who will run an after-school netball club/team. All high school students have netball experience and will have completed coaching training.
